The board of Commissioners are elected by the RUPS (Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham) or The Shareholders' General Meetings. In nature, The Board are the shareholders' representatives in the company who voice out shareholders vision and mission.
The Board of Commissioners' roles include ensuring that The Board of Directors meet their annual targets, providing advices to them and make certain that company's Global Corporate Governance is followed through.
