BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) or People Credit Bank or commonly known as the Rural Bank is a micro financing institution that assists the low to medium income families in rural area. PT BPR Bunga Sutra Mas (BPR Sutra) was founded in May 1990, and was acquired by the new shareholders in January 13, 2012. Since its acquisition by the new owners until November 30, 2016, BPR Sutra grew its assets by 1440%.
